Well Mr. Pied Piper is back! And he's taking his music to the old days of 12 Play. You remember 12 Play right? With songs like Your Body's Callin', Bump N' Grind, Sex Me Part 1 & 2, and It Seems Like You're Ready. R. Kelly's been known for his soulful music and raunchy lyrics. In an interview with the Grio he was asked about his latest project Black Panties and of course some of the sexually explicit songs that have been released as singles and here's what he said via the Grio:

“Everywhere I go it’s ‘when are you going to come back with another 12 Play, when are you going to come back with the sexual R. Kelly’ — so, this is it,”

R. Kelly's last 2 albums he was channeling Sam Cooke, Teddy Pendergrass and other soulful R&B Crooners. Love Letter and Write Me Back were good albums but it just wasn't the R. Kelly that everyone was looking for. People were looking for 12 Play, TP2.com, R. Kelly. The sexually driven mega sex symbol that we've all grown to love and adore. So now Mr. Kelly is in the process of releasing his album Black Panties. An geared toward what R. Kelly seems to know best...SEX. Its marked with an explicit advisory warning but in the end this IS R. Kelly were talking about. So are you really surprised?

Two singles have been released off of the album Cookies and My Song ft. 2Chainz. I've listened to Cookies and its no different than Feelin on Yo Booty or any other sex song R. Kelly has created. Well you know what, no I take that back thats not true. It is different, its simply made in a different time with different slang. Thats all. I remember when that song came out it was crazy how popular it was. Can you think back to that time? Back then, it was considered too much! If that song came out today people would probably laugh at it. I mean cause singers like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus are much more sexually driven. I mean its mind boggling to me how time changes and flies past like this. Anyway, I'll be waiting on R. Kelly's new album it'll be a good album to make babies too. LOL. Just Kidding ;)

Michelle has several irons in the fire besides just her new gospel Journey To Freedom. She has been starring in the Tony Award Winning Musical Fela and working on her reality television debut. Michelle Williams is going to have a new TV series called "My Sisters Keeper". It will chronicle Michelle and her sisters as they navigate family, relationships, Michelle's new album and other drama. No word on which network this show will be on but if I had to guess I would go with Lifetime, Oxygen, We, TLC, Style or E! Those the best networks to display a reality TV show.

Anyway I am enjoying the new music Miley is putting out. Not going to say I'm running to see her in concert but I do like the singles she's put out. The reason why for concerts are out of the question is because its difficult for me to put the 2 images together. Her music and her vision for her performances and videos are way off base in my book. I can't see them together. So I will probably be more incline to buy the album rather than a ticket to the concert. #imjussayin

Her album Ciara has debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Charts. Ciara hasn't had the best in the music field for the last 3 years.

Well Beyonce is telling the WORLD how GROWN she truly is. If you have been listening to the music on Mrs. Carters on the latest Pepsi commercial then you would've had a snippet of the song.  LOL. Grown Woman, its a cute song. First LEAKED single off her ANTICIPATED album Mrs Carter. Gotta nice island vibe to it with the Caribbean sound. Nothing bad I can say about the song its cool. The lyrics are a little generic but in this case the song really isn't about the lyrics. The song is just explaining the various aspects of her that make her Grown. Her body, mindset, everything. Its quick and to the point It really should be (even if she didn't intend for it to be this way) a dance song. Not to say that it shouldn't have lyrics that make sense but the beat is so live, that you could've said anything and it would sound good. And in this case Beyonce almost did! LOL Beyonce you got hit in this song. I like it, its a smooth mellow beat but its still uptempo and high octane all at the same time. Sure fire Club Banger! Summer Single for Sure.

P.S. Sounds like Gospel performer and RnB producer J. Moss is chiming in the background. But I could be wrong. He has a distinctive voice and its hard to not notice him when he sings. So If you are on this song Shout Out to You J. Moss I See or Rather Hear You! Song is rumored to be produced by Timbaland.

Socialite and famous heiress Paris Hilton has signed a record deal with YMCMB and her album is due out later on this year!

What is this for? Not everyone is meant to be a music artist. Stay in your lane. All the producers, writers, etc, are wasting time and money on people with no talent when there are plenty of people who can sing beautifully. I'm not buying any of the music she puts out and I'm not condoning this BS! Nothing against Ms. Hilton but just because you have a lot of money and look pretty doesn't mean you can sing or rap. Just do what you do best. You have a great shoe line and clothing line, the perfume you came out with is dope. Please just be a great socialite. Seriously, a music artist? Please OK?


I'm tired of people who are not even trying to make good music. They're just in it for the money or to stay relevant. It's not cool and makes a mockery of the music industry and those artists who struggled before them. Now you come up with this? This is an insult to the real artists and music industry itself. You don't have to like ya'll I'm just speaking my mind!
