After four seasons of quality blue collar comedy, Raising Hope is leaving the Fox lineup for good.

April 4th will be the last airing of Raising Hope. They are going to give the show a proper send off with a back to back series finale. According to Deadline, the shows creators and FOX's chairman Kevin Reilly and COO Joe Earley said:

"Getting to know and love the Chance family on Raising Hope has been a sweet, hilarious ride. We planned our Season 4 finale with this possibility in mind, and hope our loyal fans enjoy the way we’ve chosen to say goodbye to the Chances and to Natesville. Thanks to the incredibly talented cast — along with Greg, Mike and the entire crew — for making us laugh for four fantastic seasons."

If you've never seen Raising Hope here's the baseline of the show, Jimmy became a single parent to an infant after the mother he had a one-night stand with ends up on death row. The show was hilarious and I watched it often. I'm sad to see it go but there is a silver lining to this dark cloud, its going into syndication!
