One of America's favorite horror super villains is back for a second helping! Hannibal returns to the lineup for Season 2 and its not skimping on the drama, gore, or plot twists. Last season, we were left with Will Graham the mentally unstable all be it brilliant FBI profiler has been framed for the copycat murders by Hannibal Lecter. His mental stability was also explained. He has encephalitis, which is a irritation and swelling (inflammation) of the brain, most often due to infections (definition via the MayoClinic.com). Jack Crawford Will's former friend and superior is convinced that Will is a killer and is determined to keep him locked up. Although this is all happening because of his urging. Dr. Alena Bloom is the only one who believes in Will's innocence and is absolutely livid at Jack Crawford for allowing Will into the field in the first place. Hannibal revealed to Abigail (the daughter of the original serial killer) that he was the copycat killer and in turn is slowly beginning to reveal his truly evil intentions.

So now that were all caught up here are the trailers for the new season airing tomorrow at 10pm Eastern Standard Time.

As I said before in a previous blog about this show. I like the shows psychiatry roots and thriller but its very very very gory. It kind of scares the hell out of me but Hannibal Lecter was no saint. But this is FAR beyond his movies or anything. So if you're up gory bloody mysterious thriller then Hannibal is your best bet.
